Refund Policy:

• Refunds are processed within 15 business days after a return is accepted. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the returned item passes quality checks.
• For COD orders, you can choose between store credit or account refund via a payment link.
• Orders can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations are accepted before shipping.

• Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded via bank transfer.
