- Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.
- Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your refund.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.
2. Exchange Policy
- Orders can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refunds are not processed to bank accounts.
- Customers can choose between:

- Product Exchange
4. Return Approval
All returns are subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- The product is used, damaged, or not in original condition
- Tags or packaging are missing
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
